The process of becoming a Clarion client can take some months.
Rushing into things is not the Clarion Way. We take a considered approach using our experience and diligence to provide the quality of service our clients expect and deserve.
We afford ourselves the time to develop a robust relationship with our clients, and the support our Financial Planners have from our team ensures their time isn’t detracted from the client relationship. Our Financial Planners are supported by both an Adviser Client Support and Associate Financial Planner who are responsible for all administration and report writing involved in any advice being delivered. As a Clarion client, you will therefore build a relationship not only with your Financial Planner, but also the team who supports them.
For Clarion, it is as vital to the success of our journey together, that clients get to know us, in the same way, that we get to know and understand them.
Following the client journey from the Discovery Phase and through Planning and Strategy, we reach the Implementation Meeting where all the hard work comes together.
The final meeting in the onboarding process is to go through the formal suitability report, detailing our specific recommendations.
It is important to us that our clients are happy and fully understand their plan, so we take the time to explain everything and answer any questions that may arise before completing any paperwork.
Thereafter, the financial planner can begin setting in motion their recommendations to implement the Clarion Lifelong Financial Plan.
We are so confident in the value of our expertise and high standards, if you are not completely satisfied with the value of the service you have received after this final meeting (when you receive your written financial plan) we will waive all fees to date. This is backed by the Clarion Guarantee*.
To demonstrate our ongoing commitment to sustainability we commission the planting of ten trees on behalf of every new client, to offset the carbon of the onboarding process.
At this point, together we have reached the destination of becoming a Clarion client – however this lifelong journey is far from over.
We look forward to seeing our new clients at their first Annual Planning meeting in six months – where our relationship continues to flourish.
